At Vivas Fashion, we want you to love what you wear. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


1. Return Eligibility

You may return items within 7 days of delivery if:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and unwashed

  • The item is in its original packaging with tags attached

  • You have a valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt)


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Items marked Final Sale

  • Intimate wear (e.g., underwear, lingerie)

  • Customized or personalized items

  • Gift cards


3. How to Initiate a Return

To Initiate a Return:

1. Send a Return Request Email on return.vivasfashion@gmail.com.

2. Upload Clear Photos If the Product is Damaged Or Incorrect.

Once Approved, a Pickup Will Be Scheduled Within 2–4 Working Days.


4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases of error or defect


5. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different size or color, please return the original item and place a new order.


6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Send a photo and your order number to support@vivasfashion.com

  • We’ll send a replacement or refund you at no extra cost


7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  • First check your bank or credit card account

  • Then contact your payment provider—it may take time before your refund is officially posted

  • If it’s been more than 10 business days, contact us at support@vivasfashion.com
